Great Wheel Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is the second main board listed company in the domestic mold industry. In recent years, they have insisted on collaborative innovation and established the "Chemical Materials and Technology Academician Workstation" in cooperation with Academician Chen Xiaoming of CUHK, the "Mold Precision Technology Center" with the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and the "Mold Digital Project" with the Guangdong University of Technology. "Industry-University-Research Base" and "Innovative Training Base for Graduate Students of Mechanical Engineering", and has established a provincial engineering center. The radial tire mold developed and manufactured by the company broke the long-term dependence on imports of high-end tire molds in my country and won the first prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Progress Award. The second is that informatization has become an important support for industrial transformation. For traditional industries such as machinery and moulds, the fundamental transformation lies in how to realize the transformation and innovation of the industrial ecological structure and production mode, so as to realize the industry from extensive operation to intensive operation, from scale-based economy to quality-based economy change. At this exhibition, Beijing Aerospace Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. and Hengli Mould Industry Collaborative Innovation Center jointly created an aerospace cloud network mold area, as well as Bangmo.com, Shenzhen Janus Technology Co., Ltd., etc., displayed the mold industry informatization New results. Dongguan Zhongchuang Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. is a mold industry information service platform jointly established by four mold companies in Hengli Town. By introducing an international R&D team and cooperating with domestic research institutions, the company has made substantial progress in the research of liquid metal material preparation, molding equipment and technology, and achieved a breakthrough in liquid metal from laboratory to industrial production. Guangzhou Wenerwei Company exhibited the dynamic pressure gas bearing and its application results for the first time at this exhibition. This innovative achievement with multi-national patents was successfully developed by a team composed of more than 60 experts from Shanghai, Xi'an, Beijing, Guangzhou, and other places, reaching the world's advanced level.
Fourth, collaborative innovation has become the main theme. In this exhibition, the 150-square-meter circular university collaborative innovation zone was particularly dazzling.
