Tip design and precautions: 

1. When designing a slant, take a shorter direction in the direction of the die retraction.                      2. When calculating the angle of opening of the slant, only the amount is large, and the angle is not more than 10°. It is also necessary to consider that slanting and opening stroke may drive the product offset, so L should take the finished product 4/ 5H, Part of the mold 4/5A, A° may exceed 10°, then take 10° and then protrude the thimble out of the male mold surface 0.5-1mm as the positioning function.                                                                                                                                                      3. The tip of the slant is generally about 0.05mm lower than the male mold.                                          4. If there is a bulge on the slant (by depending on the hole), the draft angle should be increased. The angle should be 3° or more, and it can be up to 6°.                                                                                  5. The problem of ejection deflection should be taken into consideration when designing the large slant, so it is best to use the base directly above the KO hole.                                                                  6. The large slanting slant should be designed to prevent swaying and swinging forces that may occur when the top and bottom are ejected unevenly. Therefore it is best to set the T-slot and the dovetail slot.                                                                                                                                                             7. When there is a slant, it is best to install EGP to prevent the lateral force from affecting the ejection smoothly when the slant moves.                                                                                                                8. When the tip of the slanted tip is inserted by a break, a spring is installed under the return pin to protect the slanted tip by the insertion face.                                                                                            9. When designing a slant, pay attention to the positioning of the finished male mold to prevent the slanting movement from driving the finished product.
